New Aggregates Business acquired in Spain

In April, we completed the acquisition of Áridos La Melera, a quarry located in Huelva, in the region of Andalusia, Spain. With a strong track record in the sector and operating since 1996, Áridos La Melera is focused on extraction, loading, transport, and distribution of aggregates—including sand, gravel, clay, and road base—for use in concrete production across the mining, construction, and public works industries. Its business profile is fully aligned with our current areas of activity.

This acquisition marks an important step in strengthening our position in the Andalusian and wider Spanish market. It reinforces our presence in the South of the country and enhances our ability to serve customers with greater security of supply, closer proximity, and increased operational flexibility.

At the same time, the transaction supports our continued progress in developing adjacent businesses, in line with the priorities set out in our strategic plan, and reflects our commitment to sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
